Don't ever operate two accounts on a laptop. You'll get the two banned. Yes, you can get another laptop for that purpose. It doesn't matter that you're operating from same location.

Like someone has suggested, take the deal back to fiverr. Let him understand that you are no longer comfortable with the outside arrangement. Be polite in conversing with him. Keep us in touch as things go.

Meanwhile, going forward, never get into any outside arrangement with a buyer unless he's bought your services overtime. Think about it, someone who could skirt the fiverr ToS of 'no outside arrangement' will never feel bad cheating you too. Well, that's a personal philosophy anyway.

After you've successfully deal with this, let's talk about managing your new nationality.

Okay guys so I decided to be the pathfinder on GTB ATM withdrawal with Payoneer some minutes ago. Here's my experience:

My Payoneer balance was $84.47. I withdrew 19k (Max allowed for that ATM). When I checked my new Payoneer balance, it became $25.26.

Assuming $3.5 fee goes to Payoneer, 59.21 - 3.5 = 55.71. So 19k/55.71 = 341/$.

If you include the 3.5 charge, 19k/59.21 = 320/$

Math gurus in da house, is this calculate correct. I maybe a little rusty. Lol

See, you don't need the payooneer mastercard before initiating a withdrawal from fiverr to your payooneer account. Just go to the withdraw options, follow the prompt carefully, and you'd have your funds in your payooneer account in no time.

Meanwhile, since you still have the Make a Payment feature on your account, you can then transfer to any trusted exchanger here on this platform, and get the Naira equivalent.

A friend used it and it worked. Before doing that, make sure you have a valid means of Identification with name same with the one on your Payoneer card. Don't try it when you don't have that requirements.

Someone informed me that if I use my Payoneer card to make withdraw in access bank ATM that their rate as at this morning is high @340 and above.

I didn't wait for him to finish, I rushed to the nearest access bank and withdrew 20k as a control amount to know their exchange rate. Also after I removed the $3 transaction fee per withdrawal, I realized that 20k was $58 which is N344/$. This is good. I have since then withdrew N60k and knew I paid $9 for the withdrawal and conversion fee. It's better than using PayPal and these exchangers will be telling you 300/$ and some 305/$. I made gain using access bank ATM.

All payoneer users who do not have the make payment option and who currently have a payoneer master card should use Access Bank ATM for withdrawals.

Again, if you have access bank account, try transferring your payoneer money to your account at the ATM and see the transaction fee would be less for even a bigger transfer amount.

I'm glad to hear this. At least, gives one full control of the funds and even at an attractive rate.
My only concern now is that what happens when one wants to move a huge sum - say $1K.

Lord knows I'm never doing that at the ATM. The accumulated charges ehn, and ultimately, my safety.

These are some of the reasons why I'm yet to order for my card. But I think now is the time to do that.

It's not true. The make payment function has been disabled in most payoneer account. Even a friend that have over $300 was not able to make payment. So disregard such information.

I believe something is doing payooneer sef. What I currently have left in my payooneer account is less than $200 and the Make a Payment feature is still available in my account. Maybe we should have a chat with them.

BTW, for folks who can't use the feature. I would ask, what if they ask their preferred exchanger on this platform to "Make a Request" for payment? Has anyone tried that yet?

but the only thing that kept on surprising me is how easy it takes people to send money to scammers and end up getting scammed but very difficult for same people to send money to those that have proved themselves genuine in all ways. More often than not, their (scammers) selling point is offering juicy or (sometimes too-good-to-be-true) rates. It is believed that the rates of most reputed exchangers aren't attractive.

But I'd ask, forgo shikini money and get your funds with peace of mind, or dine with the devil just to get 1-2 Naira on each dollar. Which is the better alternative?

I wouldn't know. But for me, the latter ain't gon be an option to ever consider.

P. S We've recorded cases of some so called reputed exchangers go rogue too. So, neither of the alternatives is absolutely risk-free.

Thank you guys, I was able to work around the account lock and gotten control of my account back.

How I did it?
Apparently, because I was already still logged on on my phone, browser, I was able to change my phone number -- Did this because codes were not dropping on my line-- then I downloaded hacker's keyboard to input the code in the code box supplied by fiverr; normal phone keyboard can't.

That did the magic for me, I have even started withdrawing.

Been enjoying fiverr though, made $900+ in under 30days of joining!
