NOTORIOUS100:lol, says someone who attempted to prove to be very smart, by commenting multiple times. You are agitated because things ended up not going your way, despite your "cheating". Nairaland has no "delete comment" option, so no one on here, has the monopoly of deleting comments at will. Only the anti-spam bot can delete comments on here, I can't. So because it seems you won't win, you would rather sabotage the opportunity of someone else to win?! Which kainn bad belle be dat?! |

eejo:May God Help you, and hopefully, your efforts won't get frustrated, sir eejo. |
Seun:If this is directed at me sir, before I delve into this unique question and it's accompanying details, I have deemed it appropriate to fully understand that, being a moderator comes in concomitance with enforcing and facilitating healthy interactions within Nairaland by balancing rules, user experience, and platform goals. I latch-onto the reality that - the role combines policy enforcement, community stewardship, conflict resolution, and operational work. My agendas for the romance section and Nairaland in general includes: • Enforcement of rules: I plan to make it a condition sine qua none, to apply Nairaland guidelines persistently. I would be dedicated to removing or editing contents that violates rules, issue warnings, suspensions, or bans when necessary, and document enforcement actions. • Curation of contents: I would approve, highlight, or pin high-quality posts. Also, I would see to closing, merging, or archive of duplicates and off-topic threads. I plan to maintain topical focus and signal norms, as well. • Resolution of conflicts: I would be proactive in mediating disputes between members, de-escalate heated threads, and convert adversarial interactions into constructive discussion when possible. • Safety and compliance: I plan to orchestrate the identification-of and action-on harassments, threats, illegal contents, doxxing, hate speech, self-harm signals, or other safety risks. • Community building: I would entrench and model desired behavior, recognize valuable contributors, and run events or initiatives that increase engagement and retention. • Transparency and communication: Moderation decisions would be explained to users in clear and calm manner. I won't hesitate - to write concise and respectful explanations; produce public statements and moderation notes that are factual and non-inflammatory. • Impartiality and consistency: I would see to the application of rules evenly and avoid favoritism or reactive moderation. • Clear judgement: I so much believe in balance, infact, my lifestyle is redolent of it. So, I would balance enforcement with proportionality; choose the least disruptive action needed to restore standards. • Emotional intelligence: On natural grounds, I am a calm person. So, I aim to remain calm, de‑escalatory, and empathetic when handling upset users. • Collaboration: I am excellent at working with other people, so I would enthusiastically work with other moderators and staff, provide handover notes, and support shared standards. • Cultural literacy: I would make it a mission - to understand community standards and subtext, so actions would appropriately fit local expectations, while aligning to Nairaland's policies. I plan to offer the above and more, if I am made a romance or other section's moderator, Sir Seun. I profoundly apologize if I come across as being presumptuous or meddlesome. |
LegitBadPastor:For someone who has a track record of persistently criticizing gamblers, I doubt if this would be realistic. Buhh if this is real, SamuelTemi - the noob Saibot guy - should be up to the task. |
Samueltemi337:you really should be scared - cos you dey put mouth for something wey you no sabi. For your own good, kill that mentality of someone "using sickness format". There's a lot that's unknown to you, and I believe I don't owe you any explanation. Do not open the Pandora's box for yourself, all because you feel you're catching cruise or trying to form strong-head. |
Samueltemi337:e be lyk sey u wann chop curse wey pass guobe's own. u wann put head for wetin pass you, right?! do not make fun of the regimen I've been really onto, by calling it "a format". |
guobe:hmm; naysayers, false accusers should take note. The days of reckoning beckons. |
guobe:Thank you mister guobe. This is an effective way of dealing with, and detering most naysayers on here. When they come with stones of falsehood, answer them with fire 🔥 and thunder ⚡! |
Samueltemi337:lol, 🤣 |
Samueltemi337:nah your alternate be Sam2310, wey quote me with the "Noob Saibot" response yesterday, in response to my quote to your main monicker - SamuelTemi. No deny am. You probably dey fear casting, so you blocked with your alternate, Sam2310 |
Samueltemi337:the reloaded guy u dey reply no block anything, you dey too rush jump to conclusion. |
Samueltemi337:For your alternate Sam2310 nih |
SamuelTemi just dey chop ban left-right-center. Continue Sam2310, Noob Saibot 😁 |
Salamandar:believe woreva you will bruh, who cares?! It's like I said; your opinions do not render my claims invalid. They are irrelevant to me. So to you, an individual can't follow this thread just for the love of good football, without participating in betting?! This further cements my recent claim of your outlook being superficial and myopic. See, you're free to subscribe to whatever makes you sleep at night, even if it's dumb as f*ck. |
RollinTNDA:So you can be triggered like this?! Someone like you who is very c*cky, t*xic and narcissistic to the core?! Guobe wins far much more than you, even in his hard aspect of prediction, which is draw punting. And despite his huge wins, you won't see him putting anyone down. You use 2k to win 5k, and then, you won't let the whole of nairaland to rest again. Start using your rollin-woreva, to predict draw matches if e sure for you. Start smashing Alabi with draw predictions for 6 days straight, then, people would start to take you serious. You said someone is "ungrateful"?! This is funny coming from an extremely haughty person like you. Haughtiness walks side by side with "disregard for others". And "disregard for others" has elements of "ungratefulness" in it. I won't ever need your games bruh. Should I deem it fit to go into punting, I would rather study the games myself, than look to someone as disgustin*ly pompous and t*xic as you. |
Salamandar:no be donuts, nah puff-puff. E be lyk sey u don smoke w*ed or probably drunk. who quoted who initially?! You or me?! So, who should then be saying "I don't have time for cat fights with some1 like u"?! Besides, guy, why did you abandon the contents of what I responded to you with, and digressed to the facts I highlighted to someone else?! You don't even seem to understand what "contradicting yourself" entails. That's probably the reason you're talking off point and shifting the goalpost. How Alabi or Alaba wann suck person wey no dey bet dry abeg??! U don ever see my monicker upload betslips before??! It seems your highness is making you assume rubbish. Well, your comments reflects your opinion, and you're entitled to them. Buhh what do they say about opinion?! "Opinion is - the lowest form of human knowledge". So, your opinions are shallow, and don't invalidate all what I've made known. See, it's whatever rocks your boat bruh! In fact, you're free to pander to whatever makes you sleep at night. |
Sam2310:lol, this guy! The ones wey you dey see before nah smoke?! |
