(5) SELLER ISSUE MARINE ATB/ETA to COTONOU SUPERCARGO AND INSPECTOR FOR INSPECTION AT COTONOU . UPON CONFIRMATION OF THE CARGO BY THE SUPERCARGFO AND INSPECTORS. BUYER RELEASES THE #50M TO SELLER FOR LOGISTICS.

(6) UPON CONFIRMATION OF Q/Q REPORT, BUYER’S BANK WIRES MT103/23 INTO THE SELLER’S ACCOUNT AS DIRECTED BY THE SELLER.


(7) WITHIN 48HRS, Q&Q RESULT IS SENT TO BOTH BUYER AND SELLER, UPON
FAVOURABLE RESULT AND SUBMISSION OF THE FULL CARGO DOCUMENTS, BUYER EFFECT FULL PAYMENTS DIRECTLY INTO SELLER’S ACCOUNT COVERING THE TOTAL COST OF CARGO AND COMMISSIONS MINUS THE #50M(350,0000.00) IN RESPECT TO Q&Q RESULT/REPORT.
