Seller`s TTO procedure for serious and financially ready buyers
(2 mln or 4 mln brl per month for 12 months deal availbale as seller has allocation.)


1 Buyer and Seller sign and seal the SPA and also exchange the signed copies physically or by electronic mail and send the signed copies to their respective banks. The electronic signed copy by both parties is considered legally binding and enforceable and six (6) sets of original provided. Buyer engaged inspector, any of these Caliberate or Overseas Marine and submit receipt.

2 Buyer also return signed SPA on PDF with full ATB format/details including Supercargo & Inspector/seaman`s passport.


3 Buyer`s Account Officer sends an e-mail to Seller`s Account Officer stating buyer`s readiness to escrow N50 Million Naira into seller`s account and block it (and term it cashable after Q and Q in Nigerian waters) after receiving M-Atb and Clearance from Seller. Diductable from the total cost.

4 Upon receipt of the email from Buyer`s account Officer, Seller issues Marine ATB and CLEARANCE and boards Buyer’s SUPERCARGO at sellers expense for physical confirmation of cargo in Nigerian Waters and remain onboard.

5. Q&Q report is released and Escrowed fund crytalizes and seller cashed and introduces buyer to the vessel handlers for re-charttering and full take over.
Buyer places MT103 covering full cargo payments and all commissions.

6. Seller releases all the relevant documents of the cargo to the Buyer

7. Buyer pays for cargo and all beneficiaries in the SPA and all beneficiaries confirms payment.

8. Vessel sails to the Buyer’s destination/port of discharge

Secondly, the buyer must write Letter of Intent and send proof of funds to the Russian refinary before any Negotiations can start. I have the SPA though but thats the first step to get the updated SPA and price from the Russians.

Buyer returns with ATB format and POF
Seller issues ATB and clearance to buyer`s inspectors.
Q and Q is conducted
Buyer places BG/LC
Buyer recharters vessel and cargo documents is changed to buyer`s name and handed to buyer
Payment is made and buyer takes over the vessel and sail to destination.
