Buyer's bank writes Undertaking on behalf of Buyer or Buyer writes and gets his bank to endorse it: stating that upon receiving MATB and NNPC clearance from Seller, that Buyer will block N20M into seller's account cashable after confirmation of product or give Manager's cheque of N20M cashable after confirmation of product.
3. Upon receipt of the letter of undertaking, seller issues MATB and clearance to buyer's inspectors to board and confirm product and takes them on board within 48 hrs.
4 When product is confirmed on board, the blocked fund or Manager's cheque becomes cashable.
5. Buyer conducts QnQ and places instrument for total cargo.
6. Buyer rechartes vessel and douments are change to his name.
7. Buyer pays all concerned in d contract and vessel moves to destination.
