I was thinking that the prof was yoruba, ANYWAYS I think that the best way to handle these type of statements is not going emotional but looking at the statement and decide if it is the truth, trying to find another person or group that the same thing happened to even if it were correct doesn't stop it from happening again, even if it happened to others, must it happen to you?

They make a lot of mistakes and are inexperienced.
Only go for the senior doctors or elderly doctors. Those ones have years upon years of experience.
These young doctors are very clueless
