Jalingo was charged to the FEDERAL court straight!

If the Federal court dismissed the ridiculous case and didn't continue violating his rights they would not be involved in the suit.

The suit is against both Cross River State and the Federal High Court.

This simple concept is what you are incapable of understanding.

Because Jalingo was charged to a FEDERAL Court, which was responsible for the violations and false charges, the FEDERAL GOVERNMENT had to get involved. If he was charged to the STATE Court the suit would be against the state only.
