If you read what the guy I quoted posted, then you'll see why I replied him in that way. Punch reporters interviewed a pastor with a church in Akure who complained about the decline in tithes primarily because most of his members are civil servants who have not been paid salaries for months. The Id!ot I quoted attributed all of these to people voting for change, in essence APC. If the report had indicated that it's only APC states that haven't paid workers salaries or Buhari-led govt refused to give states their allocations, then he'd have been justified but you and I know that's not the reality. I'm particularly concerned about Ondo state, a PDP governed state because I'm an indigene, I reside there and it's one of the case studies in this report, hence I'm a stakeholder and not a card-carrying member of any godamn party. This state received bail-out when it had no business receiving such with the huge allocation it receives monthly from the FG as an oil-producing state coupled with the relatively smaller civil service and yet couldn't pay workers for five(5) months counting now. Is that as a result of voting for change? Please answer that question. Next time, understand the perspective of a post before u dabble into matters you know little about and make a fool of yourself. Going to the extent of using the word "insane". You're simply stupid for that. Don't quote me if you have nothing intelligent to say. I wasn't responding to you in the first instance.

See painment.......lol. Well, i will excuse ur ignorance because you are relatively new on this forum, hence your tirade towards a killer handle like mine. Go and sin no more

Go on your knees and plead for God to dash you small sense my brother. The first church cited in the report is in Akure and the pastor said the decline in tithe payment is as a result of civil servants in the state not being paid. That state is run by a PDP governor. It's an oil producing state with the smallest civil service in the SW, bar Ekiti. This same governor received bail-out when he had no business receiving such, with the huge allocation the state receives as the only oil-producing state in the SW, yet workers haven't been paid for five (5) good months now. Na Buhari cause that one? I know a dummy like you programmed to scream APC and Buhari will not understand all what I've written.
I know it is hard defending apc these days, but sometimes pretend as if u don't support apc because the more u try the more ridiculous and insane u appear.

According to u, PDP is also responsible for those lamenting from lagos and jos?

same way Adeboye politised his church/altar for GEJ??
Well, that did not stop or affect Adeboy's money making venture, aka RCCG from making millions and raising more millionaires. But today, the reverse is the case. The church and the members are writing another book of LAMENTATION on cash crunch.

Osunbade should take care of the churchs and members

Well, one thing i noticed about those lamenting is that it is coming from southwa.ste and northern region. The largest proponent of change chanters......I wish them well in their change to hunger and empty pocket.

The amount of dept hanging on the neck of lagosians is not comisarate with the little development, recorded on under fasholas administration. And when one factors the huge IGR of lagos, you then realise that lagos was ra.ped and brutalised by the combo of fash-OLE and thieftu.nubu.

If the acursed presidiot buharii like, he should arrest all prominent igbo people, it will not deter or stop our march to freedom. We are determind, resolute and patient, knowing fully well that no struggle for freedom is ever easy, neither is it a bed of roses.

It is very had to defend the stark illiterate buhari without appearing dumb, it is pathetic watching some educated and informed nairalanders become dumb, silly and ignoramuse in their bid to defend the indefensible buhari. Now, the term ZOMBIE more aptly describe APC supporters.

A general who uses, INSURGENCY, TERRORISM and CONVERSIONAL WARFARE in the same sentence is nothing short of a stark illiterate general.

GEJ is a rare gem and a God sent to Nigeria, to liberate the black man mind and chart a new course for greater African society where rule of law and transparency will reign supreme. Ushering a new African order, were dictoria and sit tight syndrome will no longer be tolerated.

GEJ IS THE FACE OF NIGERIA DEMOCRACY

Politics / Re: Opposition Politics; To Play Or Not To Play by thewarrior72: 7:28am On Jan 30, 2016
MizMyColi:

A fine evening to you Ladies and Gentlemensmiley

It is the duty of the opposition to criticize the ruling government when it hides from ‎its duties or conceals facts. This it must learn to do with every ounce of credibility. It has a duty to ensure that its stand is issue based, assertive and devoid of the attendant bile and bitterness which has mainly characterised our political landscape in recent times.

Sometimes though, the opposition tends to miss it. It is imperative that we lean to draw a fine line between playing opposition and sycophancy.

Opposition politics has to be people oriented. It always has to be chiefly about the people. A call to the wonderful world of politics should be ‎seen first and foremost as an opportunity to serve.

‎Whenever we hear the term opposition, our heads are synced already to the party wars and affiliations.
We think of effective opposition as being denigrative, insultive and what have you.
I will like to make it clear today that people who reason and act along those lines do not have best intentions for this nation...

What is the use of being an opposition person if my motives are not clearly defined?
What is the use if not to see my country better again.

Now it is not so much about what you are doing as the opposition, but how you are doing it.

Are you opposing constructively, or destructively?

The fact that a bad precedence has already been laid does not mean we can not do what we should to correct things.

I have decided to play my part by ensuring that whether I speak for or against this government, it should be from a standpoint of love, for this country, for my people and for my generations yet unborn.‎
Anything less is selfish and should not be promoted especially when key sensitive issues are on blast‎.

Nigeria needs selfless people.‎
People who have decided to rise above greed and avarice inorder to champion the cause of this nation. We need to put a stop to Machiavellian politics which has so saturated our climes with its cynical disregard fo‎r morality and promotion of self interest.

I understand that politics is basically about the distribution of power and societal resources, however It's time we put a human and transcendental  face to politics.

We cannot become what we need by remaining what we are.‎
Nice to hear this from one(if not only) of the female critic of this authoritarian government of Foolharri. My advise to u, don't let ur voice to be swallowed and tranpledled by the one line irrational and changi chanting ZOMBIES. As for me i believe in the law of give and take, if it will take lying and propaganda to discredit this government, then I'm in.

Well, i don't mind ur typo error. Your accursed shithole of a country is more dangerous than Iraq and Afghanistan combined, which makes it more dangerous than danger itself hence should be avoided by any life loving person.

Do they think that we have forgotten Ekwueme and shagari case? No, we have not. The new generation of igbos are very well abreast with the past and well soaked with the present happenings. Contrasting both, gives one a clearer picture of the place of igbos in the supposedly one Nigeria project.

Welcome to another Ekwueme- shagari issue

And some idiots wanna make sectional statement from this cos of ignorance and mischief. A clear criminal called olisah Metuh, said categorically that he won't return a dime. I guess he will rot in prisons if he fails to pay the bailout money complete. Am from same state with him and will only associate my self with success made in the right way just like kids that made the whole nation and my state proud in singapore. These people are the only people we should know and publicise their names as future leaders of our country rather than a scandalous criminal called Olisah Metuh. Even the rubbish PDP he was running his mouth for has abandoned him.

When one take a holistic look on this thread, u will notice one thing, those who are defending and twisting such fragrant display of prejudice between these two accused elder states men are from southwest axis. Well, as for me, I'm not surprised at all because this has been their stand and modus operandi when those from across the niger is concern. Time shall tell.

She's incompetent, ill educated and unprepared for such enormous task and hence should be relieved of that post. Her track record as a former ogun state fc leaves noting to desire nor to merit such exalted position as Nigeria finance minister.
The earlier bubu jettison his military-i know it all mentality and nepotism and take soludos advice and appoint somebody competent enough, the Better for him and the rest of Nigeria.
