2. if he is adopted legally, he is their son and has full right as other children birthed after him as automatically he is the first child in the family and it is recognized by law

4. Have you given a thought that,what if God decide to take back those other children that came as a result of his adoption because of this evil acts from that family and the community what will they do we should be careful!!!
5. If this adopted son was the real biological child will the other siblings/ family and community treat him this way?
6. Where is the mother and what is she saying/doing about it?
7. He should sue them to court for justice

Finally, i condemn in strong terms his action as it is very wrong of him to deny his siblings of their parent inheritance in which everyone should be a partaker however, they are all siblings, they should be able to sort themselves. If they fail,family should intervene but their should be limit.

The community is wrong for thinking his adoption makes him unfit for inheritance. Once anyone adopts a child, they should be given same considerations as any biological children.

This is what everyone in the family is saying. The eye man is there quoting law that under law he officially has the same rights as a biological child cos his adoption wasn't done illegally, and an adopted child has equal rights with a biological child.

As I'm talking to you, his wife was beaten by youths and her business destroyed, the man in question is sleeping in a hotel and they have burnt his car. Why do we Africans love violence? It wouldn't have costed him anything to come to the family and let them decide on how their fathers properties should be shared cos I'm very sure that no matter how they choose to share it, he would definitely get something.
