A will written by a man whose wife started life with when he had nothing, could it be appealed in a court of law, if the said man will their properties they owned during marriage to other third parties ? Maybe due to hatred for his wife?

While we wait for the black robes and the judicial wigs, I doubt it can. I believe a will is to follwed in accordance to the biddings of the testator.

Today, while in traffic(Lagos) on an official assignment, I decided to complete a movie I was seeing. The movie, impressive and well produced, was centered on how a man had fragmented his property. The allotments spurred gross commotion within the family and hell built an extension in the corridor of that household because of the decisions the man had made.
