It didn't happen in the south east so those who like to loud the volume of incidents in the south east would lower the volume or off their mic now because the people they love to blame are not in the picture and this here is a failure on their path and those they put in power...

If I happen to be kidnapped tomorrow and ransom is asked for especially such kind of huge some of money... My family should better use that money if they can hustle it around by selling properties or what to help my younger ones and allow the kidnappers murder me.
