I dont think the green boys will close evreything about GPRS, Just be patience,

You can do this, it doesnt require any program.
Just follow this :

Suppose you want to lock the folder games in D: which has the path D:\Games. Open notepad and create 2 files ( see the code below ) in the same folder / drive in which the folder to be locked is present . In the code below we are taking games folder to be locked . Replace the games ( in the code below ) by the name of folder you want to lock .
To create these files in notepad copy / paste the code in notepad and save it as .bat .



Loc.bat :

ren games games.{21EC2020-3AEA-1069-A2DD-08002B30309D}
attrib games.{21EC2020-3AEA-1069-A2DD-08002B30309D} +R +S +H

Key.bat :

attrib games.{21EC2020-3AEA-1069-A2DD-08002B30309D} -R -S -H
ren games.{21EC2020-3AEA-1069-A2DD-08002B30309D} games



And you are done . Clicking on loc.bat will lock your folder and clicking on Key.bat will unlock it .

The locking technique does not use encryption but still it's quite useful to hide your folders . Enjoy

my dear, The starcomm phone is a CDMA, and cdma phones uses special sims,sim card of 5 to 6 volts.
the normal phones we use is called GSM which uses 3 to 3.3 volts sim card. sotherefor u cant use another sim in cdma phone,becos cdma phones cant process 3 volts sim cards and that is why it shows insert sim while sim is still inside, in other words, the manufacturer of this phones designed CDMAs for special sim cards.
though Am also trying to crack this trick, but no hope for now,
Let me give u a clue, If CDMA phones uses 5 to 6v sims, then if u know about sim clonning., if u can get an empty 5 or 6v sim, copy (clone)infos of a normal sim(3volts) to the empty 5 or 6v sim,

Open ur paypal account with a Us based address, then when u have cash in the account, buy things online from trusted sites and sell here In Nigeria, for example Laptops, thats the only solution for now,
