Check the date you got the SMS of your order been shipped then go to your email inbox and check message from jumia @ jumia . Com on that same day. Your tracking number should be there.

I can't even track mine on Jumia anymore. I get the error message "package not found" the last time I successfully tracked it on Jumia was like a month ago and it was in Hong Kong.

Copy the tracking number in the mail sent to you and paste in the track no box and search for it again
