I can only transfer to myself,anytime I try to insert any other number it just doesn't work.
Besides the people I use their phones are my cousins, that I live under the same roof with. Does it even make any sense to go on a transferring spree (assuming I could) or rather buy from a vendor down the street, credit their phones and do it myself.

You can recharge any line via your mobile app, so you can recharge the lines of anyone you trust to vote as long as you have their phone numbers. You don't have to be gathering paper like this anymore (you can also pay your Dstv bill via your mobile app, btw). I'm not referring to 737. What bank do you bank with, GTB and Diamondbank have very nice interphases.

With my diamond mobile app, i pay for sub that wasn't registered in my name, i can recharge any nigerian line even if it's another person's line. I pay nepa bill through the app, internet sub for swift is done on the app. I dey even do personal esusu with the app. Lol...nro, change your bank.

The best banks in Nigeria are GTB and First Bank.... Diamond doesn't even come close, so I find it insulting and laughable when someone using diamond bank is telling me about upgrading my bank.
Second I am voting with other people's phones, I d rather buy recharge card than be transferring to just about everyone I see, which really doesn't make sense.
Third I see no reason I am bothering to explain this to you and as for that unsolicited advice, I don't need it.
