I said in my write up that my observation is based on where i reside presently. I live in Oxford and the rain has always been a light one since I got here. No lightning or thunderstorm.

The rain in some countries especially in europe is different from that of Naija. I'm not trying to defend PHCN but trying to let you know what I observe here in the UK where i am presently. Yes it rains very well here but their rain is different, the rain is always light that you can literally go anywhere you want to go, you will see people walking inside it unborthered. In addition to that, the rain is not accompanied by lightning and thunderstorm, I have not seen any lightning or heard any thunderstorm since I arrived here. So it may not affect the electricity in any way unlike Naija.

Thank you for the clarification, I was thinking is it not the same Wawa I know. Wawa is not New Bussa, though close to New Bussa. Tamanai, Gada-Oli and one other village are between Wawa and NewBussa. Yes, NewBussa is safe, but there's has been news of kidnapping of recent, especially on NewBussa-Ibbi-Mokwa road axis. We hope these banditry/kidnapping stops soon. Borgu LGA is known to be very peaceful, these happenings are strange. Travelling to Babana right now is a huge risk.

1) Distance, for instance I had my wedding in South West and I was residing in the North then, wedding ended around 5pm on Saturday, so we couldn't travel that same day, we had to book an hotel, since the hotel is conducive more than we had imagined, 247 light, food and all, we decided to rest and enjoy ourselves for 3 days before we travelled.

2) To avoid unending visit afte the wedding day. Many couples receive visitors after their ceremony. So they tend to book an unknown hotel so people won't disturb their honeymoon.

BTW, My first daughter who we had her pregnancy in the hotel turned out to be a very good, calm, and obedient girl. You see the second we had her pregnancy in our house, that one no dey hear word, she can disturb for Africa. She can frustrate the hell out of someone. So it doesn't matter if the child was consummated in hotel or at home. Pikin wey go stubborn go stubborn.
