Koyin did what he had to do, he’s a friend to Dede and taking her out of the situation was the best, not about him simping for her.

He even balanced it as he wasn’t pissed at Soso either and didn’t take sides with Dede.


The only issue I have with him is not playing the game to his advantage, he has an upper hand cos he obviously has no feelings for Dede, she has noticed this and she’s been doing the chasing (not romantically) now, he has nothing to gain by remaining with Dede while Dede has more to gain cos Koyin being around her keeps her game going.

He needs to define his own game outside her, if he pursues his feelings (even if it’s not real) with Sultana, the dynamic of his game will change.
He’s a cool guy, emotionally intelligent, pretty boy, life of the party but he needs to be more intentional and selfish too.

Dede is brutal and selfish with her own game outside, reason she has the upper hand with the the guys.

To be fair, he's been making some subtle moves here but Sultana no dey even entertain am - cos of Jason.

The other day in the arena, he asked her to come sit on his lap, she just ignored him. He even went to her wardrobe one time to initiate a convo but she do like say she no see am. If Sultana was more willing we'd have seen more drama here

All these yet u kept crying over soma that was evicted when he was up with efe. Soma ahose only relevance was kissing gifty...guess what? He came in all stars and played a crying game...still same shipping game with angel...that was the person u were bitter Nigeria didn't choose over Efe...

Tifay, you probably think that I rate Jason's game play as regards Dede. Nothing could be further from the truth. Jason is as lost as Kola, slightly less so, but lost all the same. I however think that Jason has a better chance than both kola and Koyin at getting Dede. For the records I don't think any of them is going to eventually win her over (reason why I want Koyin out of that rectangle asap since he doesn't even like her, she is killing his game seriously), however if any of them is going to succeed with her then it's Jason. Kola is too nice (a net negative when it comes to attraction) while Koyin is too young (hence the brother zoning).

No doubt Koyin is playing the best game with her, but it would win him nothing. In fact it is killing his game seriously and reducing his chances at winning the show. I have said this before, he needs to get out of that situation-ship fast. He is only in it as some kind of ego trip, Dede will never fall and even if she falls she is never going to show it. His continuous presence in the whole drama is enabling her while killing his own game. He, a big time favourite and King, has reduced himself to nothing more than a pawn in her shenanigans, in her elaborate chess show. He needs to loose himself now or be bound forever.

Where I disagree and what my argument has always been is that Koyin is the one she is naturally attracted to/likes , And Imo Jason is last on that pecking order. The same excuses or reasons you give here is probably what plays in her head but she still goes for it in-spite of it

But sadly, I doubt there's much that can change at this point as imo, Koyin will most likely come second only to Imisi as the people have chosen their winner this year already just like they do in previous seasons. I know you disagree but in all likelihood, there's very little chance of things changing at this stage.

I feel like I would have understood Dede more if I was a tiktok person.

Did he not try all he can to convince Soso not to have the conversation? Why do you think he was close by and quickly de-escalated when it became a confrontation. Of course, he's still going to try and pacify Soso seeing as she bought his matter and he sees her as an elder sister

I dont hate Jason, I was one of the first here to mention how gregarious he is especially with the ladies. Problem is I also see through some of his chicanery.

The danfo event was before the fight. He told Dede to give context to the fight that happened after. He didnt tell her before the fight unlike with Mide

Soso asked him what he discussed with Dede after the fight. He said he wouldnt say, just like how he wont tell Dede what they're discussing now

Like I said, say whatever you want about Koyin, but he has been mature and consistent in this whole thing. It's one of the reasons I am warming up to him

Jason problem is his ego which he likes to big up in front of others but the whole thing falls flat when he's talking to Dede who talks to him like a child. At least with Kola, there's consistency all around
