I had to go back to the state I was posted for clearance because the person that helped with the redeployment the 2nd time insisted. This was because I missed a clearance already though.

Na wa for your LGI o. Depends on the decision of the disciplinary committee. Some people get extensions and it's without pay.

I had the same issue. I wasn't penalized. I wasn't just paid for that month. You can explain to the LI in your new state when you go for registration.
