Is baby dedication in the church necessary after having the christening/baby naming ceremony at home?

My wife was recently defrauded by someone online who claim to be an agent of a company producing a coal stove. Though I would had let this go, I think it will be an injustice to other unsuspecting individuals. How do I report this? I am thinking of contacting his bank where the transaction was made. Any other options?

I intend proposing to my fiancée tommorow after church but the Africa way. I love her so much and respect her but not a fan of kneeling down to this. How do I get her to do the kneeling. This is not something I can talk to her about since it suppose to be a surprise. Am a very humble and shy guy for those who might think otherwise. Kindly help a brother here in need of urgent advice.
