Yes,UPS do home delivery but theres a need for the sellers to cleared that item in China before delivery so the reason why the seller dont want pick up the item...

Alaye that's a real clearance deal, anybody with sense should buy it asap. Those mifi's are different, the 5000 own Airtel would sell you is the one with no digital display, only lights as indicators. Google the difference between vida M1 mifi & Vida M2. Their original price is 10k. I've bought the two so I know the difference.

it’s just like sharing hotspot from a device to your phone. The reason why most people go for mifi or broadband is cos it kills off the need for using cellular data all the time on your phone, as cellular data drains more battery and causes heat to the device. With cellular data on your phone some features are also restricted cos they automatically assume you are not using an unlimited data, but with mifi/Wi-Fi they assume you are on an unlimited data.
