Hello,
Do you really have a standard recommended architectural and structural drawings and not just 3Ds that carries the clients off?
I have seenone like here on Nairaland with such 3Ds (huzzling)but when i saw the drawings mehn a normal draftman shouldnt do that not to talk of an architect.

Hahaha, few years ago I shipped in cars to Nigeria when the business was still lucrative, the car dealer that sells cars for me has a spot along Mile 2 / Badagry / Seme express way and his warehouse is directly under 33kva where all my vehicles were packed , on arrival to Nigeria, l saw it and was not comfortable with the dangers inherent in the location both to him and all the vehicles given to him by different people in the diaspora, he told me, Oga you too dey fear, nothing dey happen, huh , under a high tension, immediately he sold all my vehicles, I stopped giving him cars,

Infact, lagos state government later pulled down the entire warehouse, it is along Agboju / Alakija axis, he even has approval of the structure by the same lagos state government, but the question is why will lagos state government approve a building under high tension, it beats my imagination, nawao, it seems anything goes in Nigeria until a serious disaster happens and we start blaming the Devil

We heard a tipper of gravel yesterday morning for #4,500 by per tonne
The plan will have to be modified finally printed and sealed this week hopefully.

We plan for 1tonne each of Y10 for rings and Y12 for reinforcement bar.

As the needed findings and measurement are carried out.

The plot is 200ft by 100ft
Part of the plot is rocky and part sloppy but generally the soil is hard.

The client had started moulding the blocks before i was contacted so got the report the water content is high which led to the brittleness of the one i tested.
One of the two broken blocks.

Needs more sunshine.
Some are okay now.

Another thousand was justed moulded which is alright.

Very correct bro but can a bill be prepared without the plan and all needy details?
It will pass through an architect first and when all needy drawings are set then will be passed to a structural engineer then to the surveyor.

Try to work on your renderings.
The window is too high and no place for lintel and other coaches.
It's really a great error but to encourage try you to learn it better and watch helpful tutorial videos for window adjustment.
From dpc is 4coaches with mortar--900mm/3ft 75mm sill down then your 1200mm
Design depends,some are 600mm from dpc 75mm sill down then abt 1500mm to 1800mm.
