the plot can't take 4units 2bedroom flat all ensuit including kitchen and dining...is a little bigger than d plot and the rooms can't b reduced any longer,parking lot,soakaway and other tinz must b put to consideration...SIR,ur plot takes 3units of 2bedroom flat and 3units of self con facing the other.

It's not advisable to start throwing figures about without real details.
