pls i found out a point about building and actually seem in relation to this thread's topic.
The point says "we should build having in mimd to dispose it".
To go deep,it's more or less building and maintaining the house in case of disposing.
One of my client and I were discussing last week Tuesday,he mentioned a point which i reasoned with,he is a medical professional,he is having a 5bedroom bungalow with cut yard and all room well furnished.He said he needs another one in another location,he once drove me in one of his three heavy cars to a building of how he want the next one to be,the pattern is from the USA.
Presently,he is having two plans now to choose from saying he will sleep over it.
I posted the 3d of that bungalow in one or two of my threads having 3lounges,he loves a wide and large living room,the guest room is 4.2m by 3.9m.

He has a large family.
HIS POINT IS;THE PLACE IS NOT MY LAND OR MY HOME TOWN,IF IT'S TIME TO LEAVE OR ANYTHING HAPPENS WHAT WILL I DO AND WHO WILL BE READY TO BUY IT.
He actually emphasized on the building disposage.
