One fact that must be considered in building cheaply is foundation type either strip, raft, pile pad foundation...the land topography is one factor that will be checked to know the type of foundation that is best fit for that soil.

any faulty building is firmly and mostly developed as a result of bad(faulty) foundation

AZUH:
thank you bro . It's well !!

the engineer doesn't know anything, I think the dpc is one block up , one block down , I'm going to use bricks , around the hose before the sketches.

then you shouldn't have given it to him.
congratulations on your columns again and best of luck on your project sir.
GOOD MORNING

AZUH:
thanks , Do you feel there's something I need to correct?

i can't see the dpc slab maybe half or full even if the dpm is not in use in this, this might cos the building to be expose to moisture from both horizontal and below level,it will affect the foundation as well, most of the secrets will be seen at rainy season, how many block from the apparently rough leveling to the windows opening?

AZUH:
Chicken leg piller s

I have vivo y13, honestly speaking the phone is good, with just 512mb ram it's even faster than many 1G ram Tecno and Infinix phones in Nigeria, crisp clear camera, long lasting battery that is just rated 2100mah. The only problem is that the 3G does not work in Nigeria

same here tho mine is 1G ram...the major problem is also the 3G and the 4G+ lite that is not working,i tried getting a way out but don't like it
