i wont advice anyone on a low budget to use a concrete facial - there is no structural advantage other than easthetics and at a cost that could run into 500k or more (depending method abducted) -

Outside that, its a good structure for anyone planning to build on little budget...

For the #300k per year rent 2bedrooms flat the total package is #470,000.

It is not about fear, how do you expect me to walk into a house with fiery looking unrestrained German Shepherd? I'm not ready to be a lunch or dinner to hungry German Shepherds lol, so it is wise to have them locked up after my visit to his house he can release them, the dogs only recognize him and his household other than that, nobody dares go inside when those dogs are released

Lol, it is not a hearsay matter, I own a property just about 3mins walk to his house, so I am relaying a live witness report, when I went to his gate, just touching the gate alone, they started roaring like a hungry lion, I told them not to open the gate until they went and lock the dog up in the house they built for him, he told me he feeds them by 4pm daily and they eat only once a day with regular veterinary visit to keep them healthy and in shape, he releases both dogs as from 7 to 8pm and you dare not go to his gate or else the dogs will use you to compensate for the once a day meal

This is what I aim to do when I start living in Nigeria on a full time basis.

Setup a homeowner security association. Encourage each home to be armed and have a network of resources with each other.

Suggest to your neighbor to have a loud siren installed.

When I visited him in his house and we had a discussion, he was not talking about owning a firearm, he seems to be satisfied with the giant dogs he purchased but when I saw the hugeness of those dogs, l was glad with him, one of the dogs is almost like a donkey, the barking alone is enough to make any criminal shiver unless God forbid that the criminals will enter and open fire at the Dog, mehn, his dogs are scary, and they are rugged, gun ownership should actually be made easier for people to have it because the process of owning one legally and been licensed to use it seems to be cumbersome in Nigeria although I might be wrong, I use to have a bank manager friend who went through the whole process and he was issued with the license and permits to have it, I think he went through lagos state commissioner of police then, so it was pretty easy for him, some people l know in lagos have the local double barrel guns but that is like a toy compared to what this bad boys parade with when going for operation, if for instance in a street of about 30 homes, say 10 to 15 people are licensed with arms, during any robbery, those home owners can also be shooting into the sky at random and that might weaken or deter the robbers from their operations
