oga TimTol..... You are still posting on this thread after (almost) 7000 views.... Let the young ones make money too nah

Lol its doesn't affect anyone either bro.
You know we have those who have over 500k views here I too should be around 40k views for the first design thread but don't know what happened to it early this year and have been missing.
Sir just tease up your works both designs and construction services and from there you will get more client. This work is all about referrer so ensure you deliver top notch services then from there you fly.
God's speed I pray for you grin

Dennis3D:
Exactly, I do prefer a client buying materials if he is available to do so. Because it's only in doing that that they believe themselves.

Without mixing words. Any client in diaspora that is unavailable to buy can confide in us to make procurements on their behalf and keep them updated.

If a client has a myopic mindset about an engineer working for him, then it's difficult to maintain a free flow of construction activities.

Work in this field should be based on trust and workability of both parties to understand each other.

You nailed it!
Regardless that most of my clients aren't in Nigeria their family sit up to this which I like and encouraged and in the end they praise me,you can tag me as Pastor I don't care in as much a do a good job and with clean mind.
I only deal with supervision and that's all.
