I Love this thread, very informative, it's raining season and I happen to pick alot of snails around my area both small and bold, I wanted to consume them before , but the number I picked was becoming astonishing, so I decided to research on nairaland and I struck gold on this thread. Thanks everyone who contributed. I have no prior know-how about snail farming.....but I can't help but ask;

1.Pls how can I clean the snails off their dungs in the pen, will I be rinsing them off or what? I discovered that they mess up the pen alot with their dungs.

2.Please are snails vector of any diseases whatsoever?
