CareerRe: Casual Leave:annual Leave What Is The Difference Please by TinaTee: 7:23am On Dec 19, 2018
I am HR. Every staff is entitle to casual leave but only confirmed staff or those who have spent up to one year in the company are entitled to annual leave. Now casual leave in a year is usually 3-5 days in a year depending on the policy of the company. casual leave is a non deductible leave except if the staff has exceeded the number of days in the year. Other leaves that are non deductible are Compassionate leave, sick leave ( based on doctor's genuine medical report) and examination leave.
For control purpose, a company can decide to make casual leave and any non -deductible leave to deductible leave if there is abuse by staff.
EducationRe: University Of Ibadan International School Shut Over Hijab As Parents Kick by TinaTee: 8:44am On Nov 13, 2018
What is wrong with our religious mentality? wearing of hijap in a private school? I remember in 2003 when some Muslim students went to schools and beat up christian students because of hijap, i made a presentation to the committee on return of schools to the missionary set up by the then governor, Senator Ladoja. During the presentation, i asked them why can't Muslim build their own private schools and then propagate all their doctrines there? The Muslims couldn't answer me. Now, Imagine ISI that is the pride of any parents has been turned to religious nonsense! The students who have been studying peacefully are now taught to be against each other.

FamilyRe: My Wife Had A Son For Another Man, What Should I Do? by TinaTee: 10:24am On Nov 23, 2017
The truth is even if she uses your name as the boy's surname now, when the boy is of age he will surely ask of his father and use his Dad's name. The woman is just trying to get things right now, so that in the future the boy will not be mad at her for not using his biological father's name. I have son and all his documents both Nigeria and international documents bear his father's surname. I was advised by my lawyer to do so. Love the boy dearly as your own blood child.
Jobs/VacanciesRe: I Was Asked To Sign Non Disclosure Agreement For A Job I Got by TinaTee: 9:33am On Nov 15, 2017
If you are a young graduate who has no years of experience , the 70k is ok for you as long as you will also learn while on the job. Signing a bond before been told things about the work is non professional. You may not be given the employment letter first, but you are suppose to be given the bond to study and see if the conditions of service is ok and then given the employment letter.
So, request to be given the bond and study first before you can sign it. Besides, Non- disclosure agreement is signed along side with your witness. Will your witness come to their office to sign without seeing the contents of the bond?
FamilyRe: My New Wife Hates My Family Without Provocation by TinaTee: 9:49am On Sep 14, 2017
My brother, your family is your family. Let no woman bring sadness into your family. I think you should look at her family background. I know at a period of preparations like this so many things happen, but one needs to be careful. I have a friend whose uncle called off his wedding 2 days to the wedding because the wife to be insulted his sister when they were deciding whether to cook jollof rice than fried rice but the bride insisted on more fried and from there abused the husband's sister. The man could no longer tolerate the woman's hatred and bad attitude towards his family because the woman had several occasions promised to change but refused.
