Hello Nairalanders, I am wondering whether anyone in this forum knows Igbogbo area of Ikorodu. I am considering buying land in an Estate there but don't know the area at all. How far is it from Mile 12 market? What is the town called? Comments from fellow nairalanders will be appreciated. Tiphareth |

Up to Magboro is already built on and fast developing. Owing to the large presence of BIG churches in these neighbourhood, i.e. CPM, MFM, Deeper Life, Redeem, etc; the areas are fast developing. However, some estates in Ofada have started building on owing to the large number of concentration of estates in that town. To be honest, any acquired property within these areas is good value for money as plots go between N200k in Ofada upto N2M in Isheri North. Plots inside an estates are much more expensive. What a nice question you raised. I think the order of distance from Lagos is the key determining factor on whether the area will develop quickly. The order from Lagos end of the former toll gate is: Isheri North, Otun, Igaun, Magboro, Ibafo, Asese (to the East: Moba, Osese. To the West: Itale), Mowe, Loburo, Abaren, Ofada and finally Owode. Still have not heard from anyone. In that case, I will conclude that they could be fake because they neither have a website nor a functional office/landline. They are not also affiliated to any big companies the way other estates did. I may be wrong but the advertiser should convince me that it is legit, openly on this forum. Tiphareth |

Hi fellow Nairalanders, Who has heard of Waterview Park Estate at Ijegun Egba, Satellite Town. I was told it is situated at the back of Ojo Barracks. I was told that they are selling plots of land. I am just wandering whether they are legit and would like to hear from anyone has already bought a land inside the estate. I was told the Estate is being developed by Olympus Homes. I am quite worried because Olympus Homes does not currently have a website or contact number for info. Tiphareth |
