I am highly concerned with the issue raised here. I think the best thing to do is for people to say how satisfied or dissatisfied they were in a transaction they consummated with a seller. These can now be seen on their profile, much like eBay style. A little written review by a customer is enough. This will now be accessed by any one before doing business.

Who said that Diamond Estate is fraud? This is totally untrue because I bought from that Estate with my friends in England. Have a look in the Punch newspaper of last week, you will see the advert there and they have even started allocation as advertised in the newspaper. I have two plots in phase 1 which I bought for N400k five months ago.

Please, it is wrong to label something or anybody as fraud without sufficient and substantiated evidence. In England, you could be charged with smearing someone's image.

IMHO I think Mowe is better owing to its proximity to Ikeja(the nearest city) than Ibeju Lekki which is far away from Victoria Island(the nearest city). Also, given the traffic mayhem in the Lekki area, things could just get worse. Ibeju could be considered if only local businesses, cargo airport, free trade zone, etc, etc, could spring up overnight. Moreso, it is practically impossible to travel from Ibeju Lekki to and from the Island for daily work. While, you can travel from Mowe to Ikeja on a daily basis for work.

This is just my opinion.

Someone in this forum has noted that this guy is a fraud. So beware!!!
