Can anyone here help me with information regarding any developer or company that allocate housing units to builders in an approved estate in Abuja that requires the builders to help build the houses and they (the developer or company) pays them after inspecting the buildings.
I was told of a scheme like this in Abuja and i am ready to invest but i want to find out from you my friends on this site so that i dont fall prey to fraudsters.

Once u are greedy, u are dupeable. I really dont blame pple that dupe cos our pple are so stupid even from postings above i can see some pple alrady falling for the 419ers tricks.

If u have ur moni, please think of good businesses, learn to write proposals and seek viable business partners or customers. Dont ever fall for shortcuts else DEM GO DUPE U FINISH.

I was duped of millions abt 2yrs ago and am still not over the shock cos i thot those pple will never do such a thing. SHINE TA EYE.

were the properties documents perfected by the bank as at the time of approval of the Loan. A lot of these banks make alot of silly mistakes that non-financial/legal people dont know about. On a good day wen a loan goes bad and the collateral perfected the banks doesnt send more that 2 mails asking for payment, once the loan goes bad they automatically commence the sale of the property. I am sure they did not perfect the docs (alot of them dont) and if that is the case they cannot unilaterally sell the property.
my advice is dat u approach dem asap with a repayment plan probably get a good project for them to finance.

really, there is no big deal doing business in Nigeria and with Nigerians. We are very open minded people it just the scare put in our minds by fraudsters, as few as they are, they (fraudsters) seem to be everywhere but believe me they are less than 0.5% of the population.

I wonder y in spite of real profitable businesses everywhere they still chose to be fraudsters.
