Nope, Harris had a lot to fight against. 1)No presidential campaign experience (16weeks vs Trump's 12yrs of campaign). 2)The suddenness of her nomination. 3)No unilateral support as she was more or less imposed on the Democrats and U.S. citizens. 4)She had no cards left to play.

If there was a conspiracy theory that the Dems wanted Trump to win, I'd believe it cos they had other strong candidates (senators, generals, nationalists etc) they could have nominated and Trump wouldn't have had a sniff of the margin.
