This what should be done - no complex work

The simple solution.

1. Reduce the roundabout size by 4-5 meters covert the section to add to the road.

2. Ensure the road around the roundabout is completely round, wide as possible and devoid of protruding kerbs and obstructions.

3. Remove or break off part of the large kerb on the section coming from Airport road so as not to obstruct traffic from the Total Filling station side on the roundabout.

4. Remove or break off part of the kerb with TV screen on Okere/Ugborikoko road that blocks traffic coming from the Cinema site side.

6. Construct the link road to Eboh road on the roundabout that also leads to the B Division. This would create alternative entry/exit and a space for Keke to operate.

7. Tar all the link roads from/on Okumagba Avenue Road via the Okumagba Estate that link up with Eboh Road to serve as alternative route and decongest the Estate Roundabout.

8. Put a more befitting image or decoration on the roundabout. We dont know why it is presently an unknown school.

9. In a nutshell, do the roundabout like the ones we have at the Total at Airport Road, Okere Shrine, Esisi Road entry/exit, Angle Park and Eagle Roundabout which are all within the same area properly fitted, rounded and devoid of pointless protruding and space consuming kerbs.

With exception of No. 6, 7 and 8 the other activities outlined could be achieved within a week of dedicated reconstruction or adjustment work. There is no need to block roads and create needless disruption of traffic and business.

The current Governor of Delta state is trying, he completed a lot of roads and even in warri the road to the airport is being worked on at a faster pace. There is a lot that can be improved on, but at least this current governor is really doing work on the road.

This roundabout is okay for me, my issue is safe paths for pedestrians, sometimes its chaotic for people walking beside the roads. Then some overhead bridge have excessive steps you see it like zigzag. Before you reach the top, one has to go back and forth and to climb down one has to go back and forth, it seems they make structures to appear very big, but is unnecessary and not very efficient for the users.

I doubt my brother. Breaking down existing roads and re-doing the same construction is not development. It is constructing new roads, new accesses, and repairing or amending old roads that would have the most impact
