This road is not supposed to commence inside Lagos but only to Lagos approaches. What this means is that the road only needs to meet up with Lagos at perhaps Epe and then people will feed into the usual roads in Lagos to get to their destination.

What we are seeing now is that construction is only happening inside Lagos which is already fully developed when the crucial objective of the road is the coastal link between Lagos and Calabar.

If we are really serious about real work on this road, we should be hearing of construction feedback from the challenging stretches at Ondo, Delta, Bayelsa, Rivers and not work inside Lagos fully developed metropolis
