Just this afternoon when PHCN brought light, black flames was seen coming out from the second floor of a four storey building. There is no easy means to put out the fire as none of the inmates of that flat is around. it took the intervention of two young men who climbed through the balcony from the first floor to the second floor to force the door open. When they forced the door open, the fire which started in the second floor was already reaching to the third floor. People around tried stopping the blazing fire before the fire service men arrived and finally put out the fire. Though no live was lost but every property in that flat burned to ashes.
