Kindly advice a friend wants to go to the USA. His background is Economics but he doesn't want to stress himself so what can you guys suggest?Should he go for Public policy or else

He will do well in Public Policy sincerely he has an economics. Studies MPP you have to take statistics, data analytics and calculus courses. So if you dont want to stress you can go online an review MPP programs.

Please I booked my appointment for Abuja already, the date i got is July 2023, I want to apply for emergency visa school start date is September 26 so I have to wait until July 26th (60 days to start date) to apply for emergency. But with the news about how hard it is to get emergency date in Abuja is it possible to cancel the appointment and reschedule for lagos so that i can request emergency date in lagos instead? Thanks looking forward to your expert responses.

If this is the case, say 30 applicants per slot X 6 = 180 applicants for the 6-day slots they announced. EducationUSA (which is US embassy agency) applicants alone are more than this number. True, the messages sent to applicants indicated it is first come, first serve basis, but honestly, I don't understand what's happening. grin

The email stated they will release the appointments at 9am, but they did way before 9am. Those of us waiting for 9am did not get any dates.

I got and email last week, i was oline even before 9am but i did not still get a date. Please how did you do it?

Dear VO,

I will love your candid advise here. I have gone to the Lagos embassy 3 times and i have been denied. The first two times i wanted to go and have my baby which i had all documents required and funds, i was invited my my sister who is a citizen but was denied. The 3rd time after a whole year i applied for a conference which my company was sponsoring and was denied again. Now i want to go back with my family for holiday, can i go to abuja cos i heard lagos is very difficult? pls advise.
