While I believe having the right motives is important, I have significant reservations about Nigerian politicians. Their motives often seem to lean more towards self-interest than the greater good.

Ogun State is notorious for jungle justice. The state practices lots of barbaric acts like harvesting human parts etc. It's sad to see a state so civilised in terms of industrial civilisation still living like they are from the past.

Nigeria is holding not just Nigerians but the entire Africa back. There is so much potentials in the Nigerian people especially those from the West and East. The Fulani Caliphate has indoctrinated the leadership system - politically, religiously, culturally to sustain this hold back. It's quite astonishing that a state like Rivers State, which plays a significant role in contributing to Nigeria's GDP, has yet to implement the ₦70,000 minimum wage. It's time for state governments to be held accountable for their responsibilities.

I beg to differ, there are so many systems abroad that will give you atleast 10% passively, all from your computer, in terms of stocks and bonds etc. Any smart Nigerian in diaspora will invest in these financial instruments and then move back home, if they so desire. In Nigeria, investment is risky, the fiscal policies are authoritarian and existential...The way Tinubu removed oil subsidy and Forex subsidy in 24hours would scare any investor, things like these usually get eased in slowly with debates in the senate and house of representatives and the government saying what they have set in place to alleviate the expected sufferings.
