Update of work done so far.

This project is owned and financed by a friend but i was called upon to oversee and supervise.
I will be dropping day to day activitities as we proceed.

Firstly, NOBODY is going to reach into your bank account to automatically remove money when your account inflow SURPASSES #800K.

In fact, your account could receive ONE BILLION NAIRA and not be subjected to any tax other than the Withholding Tax depending on the source of income.

Secondly, NOTHING is going to happen to POS Vendors.

If you send #1 Million to them and pay charges of #10,000, ONLY the #10,000 is considered as income and potentially liable to tax.

Even KIDNAPPERS will pay TAX from the ransom money they collect.

Asit stands, there are businesses with considerably huge cash flow with so little profit.
You can imagine a business with cash flow of say 15m monthly where the real profit is less than 200k. In this case what happens?

Depending on your land terrain, soil type, building size . But if you have a good land terrain and soil types that amount should give you something decent with minimal finishing.

Fiinally, what many people do not know is inflation rate and interest rate goes hand in hand,cause even many banks would perhaps love to drop their interest rate but not in a place where we have inflation rate so high. Interest rate in the real sense must be slightly higher than inflation rate.

Assuming you already have the land, the cost could vary based on the topography of the land and soil type, location, size of the apartments and your aesthetic taste. In all i believe 30m shold give you a decent apartment .

Could be due to many factors
(1)Low quality blocks.
