I have personally just spoken to Prof Bola Ogunbiyi of UCH by phone and she strongly denied this story and said that she was never a participant. She is aware of a program to raise funds at UCH yesterday but she was not even present. There is no position of acting dean existing and she is not one. She described the submission as fraudulent and mischievous with political undertone.
