It's been very bad news for me with the First Bank Naira MasterCard. I made a purchase for $134 on eBay and had to cancel the order a few moments later. Ebay promptly refunded the amount and stated like normal that the REFUND will be processed in 3-5 working days. Screenshot attached for dates etc.

If you use Grey Virtual cards and have had any reason to get a refunded, it takes just 3 working days. I have waited until the 8th since the first and no money has been returned. I now contact firstcontactcomplaints@firstbanknigeria.com

They sent me a chargeback form which I completed and sent back and up until this day my NGN190,437 has not been returned. They keep telling me am on a que and it would take 45 working days to get a resolution.. Not my money. BEWARE and learn from my mistakes in April 2026.

30 DAYS WITH HEROSHE AND NO PARCEL

This is a follow up on my parcel 30 days after delivery to Heroshe and 9 days of my last post. The parcels are yet to arrive Nigeria as at today the 30th of July 2024.


I also mentioned earlier of a possibility for parcels not belonging to you been added to your dashboard.

In a bid to fraudulently debit my USD card , (which STRIPE can charge automatically) on behalf of the company. The Technical and accounts department added a dubious bill that increases daily .. As at today, the debt added to my dashboard is over $220.

Sequel to this post, I am adding screenshots of the pending bill to this thread. I have been speaking with the support team for 2weeks now to no avail.

I am worried am been targeted by the company and VICTIMIZED.

It's 22nd July 2024. Today, Heroshe Is still yet to ship my parcels and a conversation with the customer service staff is all I get after this long delays.. I have shared screenshot as a follow up on the early response .

I can also inform you on the UK warehouse soon.. they processed swiftly but stay tuned on my experience if they ship prompt.

In the interim. My ordeal as a Pro subscriber is not anything good. It's a total rip off on Heroshe. The waste of time makes your subscription expire soon. If you don't mind shipping once per month for $10. Note subscription now cost $27. The service in Delaware warehouse is awful ...

Hello guys, I don't know if someone has got the following problem with Heroshe here : my package was successfully sent to their address from ebay for almost a week now but they keep saying they haven't comfirmed whether they receive the package or not. I sent them all the necessary information that shows the package was successfully delivered to them but their poor customer service keep telling they have not confirmed it yet �

If you want a heart attack or want to develop nightmares then you can choose this company for your shipping service in 2024. They are so inefficient and habitually late. They can't process your parcels in 3-7 days from the Delaware warehouse for the Pro subscribers. They are very demonic to the point you could have nightmares over shipping with Heroshe. I have been a customer since 2023 and can say it in front of the CEO that she has never gotten her shipments in to Nigeria in less than 21 days for more than 6 times since the beginning of the year until date.

They are not benevolent and they don't have their customers at heart. The only good thing about Heroshe Is that they don't steal your goods and they are cheaper. I have not received a single shipment delivered to the Delaware warehouse since the 1st of July 2024- 21st July 2024. They fraudulently charge your cards and can add shipments to your dashboard.

I am currently facing hell for choosing Heroshe. I lay in my bed cursing as I type this tonight. They have starved me and cheated me of my time for glitches on their payment process and website. I have written endlessly and will share screenshots of the hell I have faced since the beginning of the month.

You can unlock the S20 5G but it will cost you.

If the Z flip 3 is a CDMA phone you just bought crap cause no CDMA network except maybe MTN still has CDMA

Charging error could be due to the panel or debris or probably those chargers are fake. Buy an original one that works with it and sell with the original charger

I appreciate the advice . I was able to get the phones unlocked by and learnt more about the unlock software and procedure.

Regarding the Samsung galaxy ZFlip 3 5G, I read alot about it as the shipment is delayed and will get it by next week. GSM/CDMA technology was for the 2G and 3G era. This phone is in the 5G era.. hence doesnt use either technology. Hence will work. But will keep you posted when tested.

I purchased a Samsung Galaxy S20 5G on eBay with Sprint network lock. It's not reading Sim cards here . Is it possible to unlock it? If yes, how much am in Lagos.

Secondly I have a Samsung Galaxy Z flip 3 5G from Verizon. They say it's CDMA unlocked. Does this mean when the phone gets to Nigeria, there will be no sim card accepted? If yes whay can be done.

Thirdly, A Samsung Galaxy S20 was shipped to me and on arrival, I try charging it but it doesn't take charge and has an error not on all chargers ..what can be the problems
