The only issue I have with this state police bill is that it was not open to the public for deliberations. Hope this is not how it will be misused. State police will block somewhere and federal police will be asked to unblock it.

When I drive around Abuja, I notice the city is no longer the same. From beger to area 1 to area 10 to wuse, the city seems to be half awake.
