Can a man exclude a child/children/wife from his will?

If you had not disowned them with “ reasonable cause “ or divorced them properly in the eyes of the law, they will go to court and the court go give them something from your property.

I just read a story from Abia State were youths of a community stormed a forest all by themselves to rescue two kidnapped people from their village. They allegedly were kidnapped by some Fulanis on their way back from the farm. This is state police in action, don’t know why the senate is still delaying their own part in implementing state police.

If those youths had been armed and part of a police force, those kidnappers would never have been able to repeat such acts again as they would have been arrested or killed in that forest.
