Use another mobile phone or laptop has adviced.

That is what I did and it worked for me tthough the face verification was a little bit hard(This is cos my room was dark, I had to go outside). The Identity card upload was smooth.

Hello please, I have been approved since December 23, 2020 and I accepted the offer Dec 24, 2020. Nmfb account was created for me in January and since then I have not received alert. I downloaded the nmfb app and logged in with the account number then i saw two accounts created for me. A savings account showing -#290 000 and a current account showing #275 370. I tried to move the money to the account I submitted online it was not working out.
please everyone, what is happening in my situation?

I think the solution will be to increase transfer limit.
As shared on twitter by someone that had similar case like your. He said he increased the transfer limit on his account, he then transfered the money to the account of his choice.
