No issues with it. If it's bad, OEM wouldn't have included the DAC adapter in the box as earlier noted

If I'm not misunderstanding you... Go to notification under settings and open Notification shade. If you see MiUI selected switch to android.

I later bought the redmi note 10 pro today, I hope they refund even if them go collect small something from am, thanks a lot

2nd hand market has its peculiarities; f2f deals are much better.

Also, it seems you're not sure about what device you want and what you want in a device cos swinging from xs to redmi note 10 pro seems super random.

If you get your money back, take good time before putting it on something else.
