nooo, dats d problem with ui. But if d o'level method is maintaind, dose dat faild to meet dia cos cut of wil b given d opportunity 4 a change of course to courses dat wil b advertise on ui website b4 d 2nd putme exam.

@all ui has left us in a dilemma of not knowing wat they intend to do. Both Jamb result and 'jamb & o'level' hav possibility of being ui's principle of inviting candidates dis year luking at how fins is nw. To me no info is genuine unless those displyd on ui website or helpdesk and ones used in last yr admission. However, I think most of our numerous questions about ui admission will b answerd most precisely after june 22. I advise u hold on

if jamb only is used, definately u'll b invited. If both is used, i dnt fink so cos physics is vital 4 ur course but mayb wen d other o'level is releasd u'll b invited 4 d 2nd exam. Jus stay calm, read and pray

Prince Adeoluwa: u make me laugh, it means u re been selfish, just pray dat any method they re using, ur name shuld be shorlisted, reason is dat a frnd of mine with 279 in jamb and is total point is 59.3 and he s going 4 medcine which kind of prayer we such person pray. Such person ll neva pray 4 60:40 bt he ll prefer jamb. So i pray 4 u, if u believe ur name ll be shorlisted no matter d method they might use. Amen.

same happnd to a frnd last yr, he has 305 wit agg. 70.5 but was nt invited 4 medicine due to high cut off-80.4 though he got admission to study medicine same yr in unizik via d pre science programme. Pray all will be well.

I dnt fink so. But If u aint shortlisted on 22nd, i fink d skul wil stil giv u d opportunity to rite d putme later. Last yr, dey conducted 2 putme exams, mayb u guys wil come up 4 d 2nd exam with d change of course if it happens to b same as last yr.

zezeny: Thank GOD I've personally read d release by Proff. Wood. Fellow #landers what I fathom 4rm d release is dat d 60:40 method is still on point based on d merit, localty nd elds method also. But d interesting tin is dat UI wants to give more candidates chance 4 d pume dis year nd dat is why UI will be inviting between 9,000 nd 10,000 candidates 4 d pume dis year as against d 5,000 invited last year.
What dis meant dere4 is dat d cut-off points dis year will automatically fall but meanwhile d pume will now turn out to be survival of d fittest.
So #landers don't get dis whole tin wrong... Success is ours IJN

as of last yr, ur POST UTME score ONLY is used 4 admission. So despite being invited, u nid a high putme mark to be admited.
