There is no other explanation than calling apple support on skype and communicate your issue. I even called them on a weekend and they responded so I dont know what might be wrong

I’ve had this issue in the past, all you have to do is contact Apple support and call the number attached to this post using Skype.

You’d be asked a few questions & it will be resolved. Use Skype on someone else’s device if you can’t access it on your device.

I can open the mail app but the latest mail was before I started having the issue plus the previous unread mails cant be downloaded and I am guessing its cos I dont have access to the icloud anymore

My guy’s gf phone has same issue. Probably cox she’s getting all these airdrop apps and buying coins on TikTok.

A software engineer fixed it up. It takes 3 to 4 days. Only the email used to sign up is what he used.

Besides, be sure you can still access the email from “Mail” App.

My apple id recently got blocked cos of card details I put in the app store after a few failed charges. Now I cant update any apps. I cant even do “forget password” cos it keeps saying apple ID not active/verification failed.
The only solution I saw on their website is to contact support and I cant see Nigeria support channel on apple website

Has this happened to you and how did you resolve it
