Men do not like being treated like crap since they will go and be the kings and masters of their homes. So they kukuma leave teaching altogether. The people that remain is women. Women take up majority of the teaching.
For whatever reason, the government of this country hates teachers and does not pay them well, regularly or on time .
If all teachers died and disappear, Nigerian government will not care.
