Hi every1, I recently found out that laminated birth certificates aren't accepted at embassies. An NPC official told me I can't be issued another one bearing the same names which will not tally with those on my certificates. All suggestions on delaminating and possible procurement of a new birth certificate will be much appreciated. Thanks
