Is 144km on 24liters fair for a 2009 corrolla, or the car is consuming fuel, majorly in city drive in lagos.

Pls my car started smoking a little, and the RPM needle moves as low as 600, car is sluggish at times, but when In motion like 60kmhr upward, movement is fine, fuel consumption increased too.

So I met a competent engine mechanic at Ajao and he corrected all the faults in the engine and the P0016 code is gone, remaining the P2716 and P0037.
