Hello friends, I sent my passport, consent letter, passport data page, old passport bio data page since i got a new passport due to marriage. PPR letter. I did not add the Biometric letter nor did i write my name or email on the photocopy of my passport bio data page. My package was delivered yesterday to the lagos VFS office .

Question is- should I send another mail with the Biometric letter and my contact info? Or from peoples experience here the missing item ( Biometric Letter) is not a big deal? Will they get in touch with me to supply the missing document ?

I guess i am just worried I might exceed the 30 days passport submittal window given to me with all these back and forth.

you should try and contact the courier company you sent your package through , VFS might have returned your package back to the courier company because of missing documentation without even informing you. That was my case,that happened to me last month. VFS returned my package for incomplete documentation . DHL later called me and told me about it , 2 days before my submission deadline. I picked up my package from their lekki office , I had to (1) add the biometric letter to my package , and (2)my print out payment receipt of transmission fee, also adding (3)the letter VFS wrote me that was added inside my package they returned. of course add your contact information, I wrote and printed mine on a paper. Then I went back to DHL and sent to VFS, my resending date had already passed my submission deadline . But mind you my first submission met the deadline , this is the reason you MUST attach the letter they wrote you ..(I e if your case is as mine) . The good news is , I got back my passport stamped and received yesterday ! Thanks to those in this forum that supported me. Especially @emmafe Good luck !

We applied for visit visa , canada requested for Me and family to send our passport,I intend sending via courier ;
1) For My 5 years old son , which of the consent form am I to fill and submit ?

2) can I make payment for transmission charges through my bank app and print out the payment confirmation to add to the package I want to send to VFS ? or I go to sterling bank to make the payment ?

3) my wife and sons passport expires, and they had to get new ones .can they submit it ?

Please I will appreciate an urgent response as my submission date given has almost elapsed[b][/b]
