Nowa001: The deed has been done already... But be prayerful not to receive a BAN. The moment he told you he tampered with the account statement, you should have either withdrawn your application or sent a new SOA through webform and write a LOE that you notice your agent tampered with the information you gave him. Now that you've received a procedural fairness, I'll advise you to be straight forward but with caution. Your LOE should address it that you gave your file to an agent to do your application for you, but don't say it directly that he told you he tampered with the SOA. Because it'll look like why did you continue with the application when you knew. So, let them know you are not in charge of the application and you couldn't locate the agent since he said he submitted your application. You've been in the dark without any information from him. Try to be convincing as possible and don't give too much story that doesn't add up, so as not to complicate the issue Attach a new statement of account and if possible use MBS. Just try to convince them you'll be in charge of your application henceforth. Pray very well, you may be lucky. Rejected application is 100 times better than a ban 17 Likes |

But it's only few universities in Canada that participate in it, you have to hold an unconditional offer from the participating universities, no Canadian colleges in the list. bola01234:I'll personally suggest September so far you've not applied to the school and this is January. Standard processing time for visa application is 3 months or longer, with the usual delay and time needed to prepare for your journey, it's advisable you go for September intake. |

bola01234:That's a big lie sir. On this very thread we've seen a 45 yrs got her Visa. In fact, towards late last year about 3 timelines mentioned they are above 40. In addition, I just want to beg PPR recipients to please try to mention their AGE and SCHOOL when dropping timelines. But If you're not comfortable doing that you can at least give us the age range. PatrickOkunima:I think you totally misunderstood the point from those that you withheld their names. No one here has ever said GIC is not a means to show financial capability, you mistook their points to mean "strong disapproval". The point is - VO's don't give a damn having a GIC if the applicant still lack other good means of financial support. Almost all successful applicants here didn't even have a GIC account. (In fact, from personal observation, for the past 10 weeks, I don't think I've seen a timeline of an approved applicant that did GIC) So what's the point of going through the stress of GIC if applicants can have and solidify their normal means of finances to get approval! 5 Likes |

HakHim: Sincerely, you've really put in your best in your application especially the second application. At this juncture, I will personally advise you to do either of these: 1. It looks like your application is kinda critical and you may need to request professionals in helping out. I'll suggest you contact Frankborn, so that you can both analyze and re-strategize. 2. If you want to work on the 3rd application on your own, I'll suggest you pay greater attention to your "HOME TIES"... It looks like the summary of the VO's concern is still on home tie, especially since no dependant, singleness brings great mobility. So you may need landed properties that are/is of good worth to solidify your home ties. On the "FINANCES", bringing in your cousin in the second application did more damage, especially without showing strong convincing evidence of relationship. But you were able to proof your own income. Regardless of any method of sponsorship you wish to use now, pay attention to 2 things - 1. Go to any extent possible to show your personal incomes are really genuine. 2. If using your cousin or family member, make sure you establish a convincing relationship with strong LOE and proofs. And be certain the SOA you show is good enough, most importantly, if your sponsor has dependants. All in all, please don't give up... There's always light at the end of the tunnel. 2 Likes |
